Rangers News:

Rangers once-again return to the scene of the promotion party in 2004. Gavin Mahon is likely to miss again with a knee problem. Martin Rowlands is expected to be available, despite leaving the Coventry game on Wednesday with a knock.

The Opponent:

Wednesday is in a bit of turmoil as a takeover of the club is in progress. The Owls currently sit in the final relegation spot, four points behind Coventry, Preston, and Leicester with one game in hand on Coventry and two in hand on PNE & Leicester.

Jermaine Johnson begins a suspension for a red card received on Tuesday against West Brom. Adam Bolder must sit out as a condition of his loan deal from QPR. The BBC says "Owls manager Brian Laws is hoping wide man Wade Small passes a late fitness test on a hip injury, while defender Peter Gilbert (groin) is also doubtful."

Blackstock and Stewart return to the starting lineup. Balanta and Rehman return to the bench. Mahon also returns to the bench, so must be sufficiently fit.

Hall is out of the lineup and not on the bench (suspended? injured? I don't remember). No Lee, either.

Starting XI: Camp; Delaney, Stewart, Mancienne, Connolly; Rowlands, Buzsaky, Leigertwood, Vine; Blackstock, Agyemang.

Bench: Pickens, Ephraim, Balanta, Rehman, Mahon.

Barker says he's approaching full fitness and wishes there were more reserve games. He said he played in one two weeks ago and there isn't another one for two more weeks.

Agyemang hits the post.

Good work from Delaney to win the ball and feed it to Agyemang.

Isn't Wednesday keeper Lee Grant the guy that Lee Camp was competing with at Derby for their starting job just after we had Camp on loan in the promotion season?

I believe so. Then Stephen Bywater came into the picture up there as well. They seem to have had a ton of young keepers in their ranks over the past 5 years.
