1-0 final to the good guys. Apparently scored very late on.
I have no idea what the lineup was but it would logically seem that a reserve player probably got the game winner. I'm sure Goffinho will have something soon.

Well, we have another match yet, against Houston. And this competition is about as meaningless as the La Manga Cup.
I just hope we played well.

More from the link above...
...Brian Edwards in the TFC goal was called into action in the 33rd making a great save by tipping a strike by Jamil Walker up and over the goal as these two finished scoreless at the half...
..Quavas Kirk the set up man for Josh Gardiner as his header left Edwards flat footed and that goal proved to be the winner as D.C....

Quavas Kirk seems to be playing really well this preseason from what I've read . . .

I agree. I love the Vanney<=>Kirk trade more, with each Kirk assist/goal. Thank you, PKS!

Do you guys realize that we now have two former LA wingers in camp in Quavas and Gardner. Lets hope they both rain on Beckham's parade in late June.:D(that is if Gardner makes the team)

3 I think, if you include Quaranta. I seem to remember one game in particular at RFK where he played out on the left for LA...

Kirk would have been on the U20 team if not recovering from injury. I believe Rongen said that he was looking at him at the right back (where Beltran occupied the space).

Pretty attack-minded reserve lineups for DC. I guess Moose could be a holding mid but for the most part it looks like we're sticking to a single d-mid and trying out some pretty offensive minded players in the other midfield positions. Of course I'm just guessing and it's a mostly reserve lineup pre-season game.
I'm guessing:
1st half
---------------------Wells
Thompson---p. Carroll----Murphy----Cordeiro
------------------Stratford
---Walker?------------------------Gardner
----------------Kpene?
----------Blumer?---------Cezar
2nd half
--------------------Carvallo
Thompson---P. Carroll----Murphy----Cordeiro
-------------------Dyachenko
----Kirk-------------------------Gardner
--------------------Moose?
------------Kpene?------Cezar
Anyone think I got the ?players lined up right?

I think Walker and Blumer were switched on the first half line-up. Goff has mentioned that one of the two "foreign" trialists were being auditioned for the right midfield spot. They could have also gone with a 4-5-1 with Kpene and Walker lying a bit further back.
Second half looks correct, but I tend to think Kirk saw some time as a RB. Maybe just a bit of overlapping and switching whenever Soehn instructed them to do so.

We ran into a few DC fans at the game.

Caraccio decided he'd follow in Maradona's footsteps and pulled a "mano de dios" inside the box late in the game, but it wasn't all that convincing and earned him a yellow card for his efforts. I have no idea if it was on purpose or not, but it was inadvertantly hilarious.
Also, don't know I you guys ever saw a picture of the field.

Pitch was neither great nor terrible, but it was grass. Extremely narrow though. Cibolo is typical of a small rural Texas town. There was a very strong wind blowing from the right to the left (as seen in the above picture) that gusted up to probably 20 mph. The keeper on the left had basically 0 chance of getting a goal kick past midfield.
This high school was very similar in size to the one where I went to school and I can't even imagine how badass it would have been for four professional soccer teams to have a festival at my highschool. It seemed to go over well with the locals and hopefully DC and Houston both got a little last-minute practice before our big games this Wednesday.
