Iphone Hacking

Alright so I've had my Iphone for a while now and after talking to some people and watching some vids I'm thinking of hacking my iphone. Right now I have version 1.1.4 and know it's rather hard/impossible to hack the newest version. How would I go about downgrading to version 1.0.2? and has anyone have any hacked Iphone or any information on how to?

You don't have to go to 1.0.2 to "jailbreak" your iPhone. There are some sites out there with step by step instructions, google jailbreak iphone to find them.

My jailbroken iphone is still at 1.1.3 but from what I have read, it looks like jailbreaking a 1.1.4 iphone is relatively easy.

Alright I just unlocked my 1.1.4 Iphone using iJailBreak. One thing I still need help with is changing my springboard, I go to Installer than Themes (Summerboard) download them yet nothing changes.
