Congrats.

Arsenal were clearly the better side in both legs. I'll be rooting on Arsenal the rest of the way. They impressed me alot over the two matches. You just gotta improve your finishing if you are to go all the way to Moscow.

The King is dead. Long live the new King.

and what i absolutely love is that RVP (arguably our best striker) is coming back, rosicky (our best left winger) is coming back, and toure as well. we should now have the depth we need for both competitions.

Cheers for being classy, I know this match was extremely intense.

What a day to be a Gooner!

Our defense really stepped up after the first 20 minutes or so and shut down Kaka. Sagna was a beas today.

Best part of the match- Cesc weeping in Arsene's arms.

Is there a person on the planet who loves Arsenal more than Cesc? I think not.

It would be hard to find a better example of pure joy and relief than Cesc's celebration...

My tape failed to work. Anyone know if any of the ESPN networks will reshow it? Sounds like a classic match.

I doubt it, but I'm sure you can find a torrent of the game. Cesc's goal was one of the most surprising goals I've ever seen. It just kinda came outa nowhere.

But can we please stop with this Eboue in MF thing, it's not working. He's good depth for the backline, but when you push him closer to goal he's absolutely lost.

Yossarian (Big Soccer Arsenal forums moderator) is in London this week. He went to that crap match versus Villa over the weekend. Hopefully this made up for it and they are partying on the streets of London!!!

I noticed on the Milan boards they were given Kalac a hard time for not getting to Cesc's bomb, but I have hard time buying that. I watched it about 50 times on Tivo and Ade definitely screened him as the ball was coming through. He reacted late because it was obvious he was looking for a deflection and he hadn't picked up the flight of the ball. And once it hit that slick turf I think it even picked up momentum. Not to mention, it was side netting.

F@cking brilliant.
