So, I've been watching some of the Premier league archive games on FSC & I've noticed that when they show the lineups, most of the time there are only three names listed on the bench. When did the league change to 5 subs & how and why on Earth was there only 3 subs? Personally I feel you should be able to put atleast 7 on your bench (if not more) what was the rationale for only have 3 men on the bench?
