West Brom agree Hreidarsson deal is the latest news from the BBC.com.

here's the info....


Ipswich Town have accepted a bid from West Bromwich Albion for defender Hermann Hreidarsson, BBC Radio Suffolk reports.


Ipswich chairman David Sheepshanks says the club have reluctantly agreed to an undisclosed offer from the Premiership new boys, believed to be in the region of £4m.

Yeah, I've seen this already on the WBA site.

Our defenders were the class of the First Division last year, but no doubt Albion will need to strengthen all areas to have a chance of doing well in the top flight.

The fact that the club website reports that this is a record transfer fee shows that the new regime is willing to spend...

Now another striker might be nice... :D
