A magazine that was founded by supporters of a dictator and is notorious for being very biased for Madrid teams.
Do you really think that they would praise Kahn, who could be classified as an Arch Enemy of Real?

I am already suprised that he is on the cover three times.
From the picture and and the writing I can kind of get the meaning of the one with the small picture. But could somebody translate the other two?

since marca stands for real madrid magazine, and bayern and real have a huge rivalry in the champions league....this isn't exactly surprising since kahn has been the face of the team for a long time

The first picture means: "This is the enemy"

The second: "also vain"

The third: Is a reference to a popular song.."Sign (canta in spanish) and don't cry"...

The article was in Marca the day before Bayern played at Real Madrid
in last years CL competition. After the match Van Bommel was the new
enemy of Marca.

The Spanish press and also the club officials are more emotional than
the ones in Germany. I find it interesting and i donīt take it too serious,
but as funny entertaiment. Itīs like the parts of the British press,
that sees all Germans driving tanks instead of cars. ;)

btw:
Donīt try to translate everything word by word.
"Bestia negra" as Bayern Munich was called in 2001
after they won 2 times in the group stage and later
kicked out Madrid, is a Spanish word "feared opponent"
and not directly "black beast".
And that Kahn is called "the enemy" means, that Real
and Marca see him as a serious danger. Thatīs an honor.

I don't take it as an honor in any way.

The magazine is a disgrace and so are its readers who believe that nonesense. Classless!
