Yet another law in the over sensationalized hooligan efforts. If the press wouldn't re-hash old problems half of these laws wouldn't be in effect. I think the FA is in fear that both the Euro and World Cup are being held not too far away in 04' and '06.

Here's the info for those of you going to the various parks that grace the glorious land of the Queen.

... and speaking from experience it's the Dutch that UEFA needs to be weary of. There are by far the worse of the EU nations in the past few years. Although the Russian's fall closely as well.

But this isn't really related to football. What does it have to do with the FA and UEFA?

This has nothing to do with hooliganism. The last thing the government would put it's name to is a scheme that envisaged asking the police to break up rioting hooligans so they can frogmarch them to a cashpoint and get 40 knicker off them. Have you ever seen a spot of hooliganism kick off?

This is just another lame rehash of a tory policy that blair and his minions lampooned whilst in opposition and then quietly introduce once in power. Same old same old.
