The crucial question is: do you agree with UEFA's policy that all nations, no matter how big or small should have their own league, or should neighbouring countries be allowed to form joint leagues.
The current system means that all of the world's best players play in 4 countries. Does that make sense to you and is it fair? I would be against just Celtic and Rangers joining. I would like to see the merger of the whole league systems. Now the big hurdle to this is the tradition and nationalism. If you think that having a Scotish league and keeping with tradition is more important than having a fair chance to win the Champions League that's fine. That's your choice. I would just like UEFA not to get into the way if two countries like Austria and Switzerland if they do want to have a joint league.

I'm completely against the piecemeal joining together of some countries' leagues. It is too arbitrary and the system would be chaotic.

If there is going to be a reform of the structure of this nature, it should be for a European league with feeder national leagues. If not, we carry on with the present situation.

If they are going to change the current structure of the leagues then a United Kingdom league would be nice. Cardiff City(Wales)already play in England.

What would be chaotic about it? If two or more neighbouriring countries can agree on the issues like who gets how many places , promotion and relegation, then why should anyone stop them ? Holland and Belgium have allready held the Euro together, Switzerland and Austria will do it in 2008. I know that this is different then having a joint league, but UEFA was against joint hosting of it's championships as well.
Europe is way to big and diverse to have a single Superleague.
What I'm saying is that players from a country like Holland should have a chance of competing at the highest level in their own country. Fans in smaller countries should also be able to enjoy European succes.
But if Scotish and English fans, clubs and FAs are against it that's fine. Those countries who are for it shouldn't be stoped.
