Well, at least he was out of season and hadn't played much last year in Norway due to an injury.
For me Ramiro Corrales really isn't to blame. What did we expect? We learned everything we needed to learn about Ramiro quite a while ago.
I blame Bradley for putting him in that position. And we can be reasonably assured that Pearce would have started at left back if he hadn't been a late scratch for a minor injury. So the back-up plan went in and didn't get the job done. Eh, I'm not too bothered.

Didn't know that Pearce picked up a knock. The left side would've been much more threatening with him there.
Hope his club situation perks up at Hansa.

Oh, I didn't realize that Corrales left his man unmarked twice resulting directly in goals? Wait, that was Moor. My bad.

got it.
drew moor played poorly, so that means Corrales did not.
makes perfect sense.

It's a joke guys. Lighten up a bit. Everyone's been laying the blame on Moor, Convey and Corrales for their flank play agains Mexico. There were already threads of the same ilk for Convey and Moor, so I did the one for Corrales b/c I knew everyone would come looking for a fight on one side or the other.
Was trying to lighten the mood a bit toward the end of the week. See now you've gotten back in a defensive mode again.
The fact of the matter is that there's surely a lot of blame to go around for the way we performed against Mexico. Blame for availability, injury, tactics, play, etc. Everyone likes to react as if players are playing in a vacuum and you can judge everything by just watching that one player run up and down the field. That hardly ever tells the whole story.
The idea for the thread was more a comment on that nonsensical activity than anything else.
Have a good one. And try to unwad those panties before you go out tonight. :D
