BIG BIG game on Thursday for Spurs! We could finally see Gilberto with Dawson out with that muscle tear. HOPEFULLY KING could play this game. Kaboul is looking better and add woodgate there to tell him what to do he could prove to be very valuable for us. Yes Slavia Prague is a Champs league reject but we should't take them lightly as CDMurph would say.. WE ARE SHITE away but I'm feel with our form IF WE PLAY BOTH havles and not 1 like we did very Derby we can come back home with a big win and away goals. Hutton is cup-tied which is ghetto cause of a rule that someone pointed out to me in another thread. Question is Cerny allowed to play for us, I wonder what his loan says about it. GULP Robbo back in the net :(

Potential Lineup
----Cerny---
Chimbo----Woodgate---King/Kaboul----Gilberto/Lee
Lennon----Jenas---Steed---O'Hara
---Keane---Berbs

I say we win 2-1

COME ON YOU SPURS!!

We aren't sh!te away in the cups. Only away loss this season was against ManU. Confident about this one, we should go at them so that we can put out the reserves in the 2nd leg next week, before Wembley.

I can't imagine that Slavia would allow their own keeper to play. So Robbo IN. With no game at the weekend, we should be at full strength besides that.

Anyone know why we haven't seen Gilberto yet?

This game is not on tv in the US. I guess we'll have to fish around for streams.

I know.

It's a shame, the UEFA Cup gets no respect at all. Only three games outta the 16 first leg games will be aired here in the states. All the CL games will be on though :(

A win here would give us a great step to advancing to the next round.

It's late, and with comments like that, it's obviously time for you to hit the sack. :D

Colm is the Troy Aikman of the board, for the Americans on here.

He points out the obvious. Stuff like:

"If you're quarterback isn't throwing the ball, the wide receivers won't be able to make plays for you."

You don't say, Troy.

Nice that King Traveled, even if he plays a half I'll take it.

can't say that i really want king to play, if i'm honest. he has to be healthy for the carling cup final.

i mean, i want him to play, and all. and i'm not saying that he's so fragile that we should always sit him two weeks before big matches. it's just that if he's not 100%, i'd just as soon have him sit right now. we can handle slavia without him.

I wouldn't underestimate any of the teams we play in the UEFA CUP. All you have to do is remember Getafe. Also were going to there house and those fans over there are straight fools. I hope we do see Woodgate play again with Kaboul alongside him.

Cimbonda, Woodgate, Kaboul, Lee
Lennon, Huddlestone, Jenas, Malbranque
Keane, Berbatov

team i'm guessing for tonight.
