Charlton's Perception by others?

Is there a team that is more forgotten year after year in the Premiership than Charlton. It seems that they are the least noticed of the London clubs, and are just forgotten by a majority of the other clubs. I can see fans paying attention to them when their club plays Charlton. I imagine that the conversation goes something like this, "Charlton? Are they still in the Premiership?"

I just want to know if there are other clubs that have this happen to them?

I imagine this is true. All they need is to find a good, young striker from some backwater(Somewhere beyond the reaches of the big clubs) and they would be an even better team for their size.

I keep an eye on Charlton, as they have a great youth set-up and play good football. They are one of those teams that are sneaking 'under radar coverage' though.
