This worm virus showed up on my relative's computer (I live with them.) How am I able to get this virus off of the computer. I have already gotten rid of kazza. Thanks for help.

I don't see that worm in Symatec's database. Can you verify the name of that worm?

yeah, that is what it is called. The Norton Anti-Virus keeps popping a box up on the screen saying that it can't open the file and then says that it can't edit the file (or something like that).

I did a google search for the worm and got this website:

Just keep running Norton over and over.....

My Norton sometimes does this, saying it can't delete the file (I had a trojan a while back). Just keep trying it.
