Sod the long intro and let me get to the point of the thread.
We all know we didn't sign anyone in the January transfer market (Manucho aside) but if you could sign two players from United's long and illustrious past who would you pick?
Here's the criteria.
To spark some debate...
A player for tactical reasons
- Why you think they could help us in our current state?
- How would they adapt to our modern times?
- How would they slot in our team?
- Why you picked them over other players in their position?
Just because I like reading...
A player for personal reasons
- Whether it's because you miss them, you haven't seen them before, favourite player etc... It can be for any reasons you want.
It'll be interesting to see who doesn't pick a striker for player #1...
