I checked on the Spurs Store site and prices look like this
DVD of the glorious thrashing: 20 bucks
Shipping to the States: 28 bucks
Needless to say, even for owning that DVD, it's a little much. So I'm wondering if there's anyone on the board living in the UK who's willing to be the middleman so us New World-based folks can pay less ruinous shipping costs. Obviously full reimbursement for all of said costs would be forthcoming.
Any takers?

You can download the entire match for for free here (http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=26056), the torrents would be DVD quality (believe)--or maybe the Xvid...? The others aren't bad either, but not quite DVD...just thought I'd let you know. :)

And of course the UK DVD won't play on your big old American TV, without some adaptation, so you may as well go with the download.
Shipping on the Spurs site is outrageous.

yeah its a Region 2 and ofcourse we are 1. OR what you can do is buy a all region dvd player. They aren't all that expensive. I've seen good ones for 99 bucks.

I don't think that matters... they put it out on a universal format so it can be played in any region. I ordered the Chelsea & West Ham DVDs from last season and they play fine here in the states.
Just order some other items from the store and it will make the shipping worth it. :D

I don't think it is a problem of region, but PAL vs NTSC.
I downloaded the xivd and made a DVD for future generations.
Awesome stuff.
