[quote=Teso Dos Bichos;15985429] I would rank him above in terms of creativity as well. [quote]

Why dont you explain how Ronaldo is more creative than Zidane...

Easy. He creates more goals, more opportunities and his style of play coupled with how teams are forced to defend against him creates more space for his team to exploit. Lot's of players are more creative than Zidane. It's not difficult when you consider Zidane goes missing most games.

Teso, I understand you think Zidane is overrated and without a doubt CRonaldo trumps him in some aspects (speed, shooting, taking defenders on, even work ethic) but there are some things that he obviously doesnt ie his creativity, vision, technique.

Ronaldo is a lot more straightforward in terms of his directional play (forward, towards goal), you could say he is a creative dribbler, but his creativity is not in his vision and it doesnt make sense how you can think he is if you've watched both players.

De Rossi deserves to be there as well.

I was thinking more of this season, which hasn't been particularly remarkable for Kaka or De Rossi. There are players who are currently doing more for sides who are performing better than Milan and Roma.

Don't laugh but Gilardino deserves a shot out for the start he's had to the season. IMO he's right now a top 5 player in italy

he's a top 5 player in italy right now. he's in very good form and is playing like he used to at parma. not to many guys are scoring like he is.

if your talking about in the world than i agree with you.

i was hesitant to say top 5 player but thinking how well he is playing to the start of the season, i would put him there for now.

who in italy is playing better than him right now?

have you watched any fiorentina games this year or any seria a games this year?

If gilardino continues (and thats a big if) to play and produce the way he has than he will be a 20+ goal scorer this year for fiorentina. which would be a complete 360 from what he was doing in milan.

who are your other 3 players ahead of him?

1. ibrahimovic
2. messi
3. xavi
4. rooney
5. maicon

Rooney is a new entry because of his elevated form since Sir Alex and Fabio finally got him to mature a bit. He's a different player. I'm adding Maicon here because he is clearly the best right back in world football and his effect on Inter has been amazing since Mourinho landed there.
