The mobisodes? They weren't bad for the most part; quite a few are mostly filler, mostly stuff we already knew for the most part, but still cool seeing it. One has a conversation between Jack and Ben that foreshadows Jack's feeling in Through the Looking Glass FF; that was interesting to see. But the last one....is a serious WTF moment, up there with "Ethan wasn't on the plane/Hello There" and "We're gonna have to take the boy".

Holy friggin cow. My girlfriend and I have waited a long time for this. I don't get why people constantly slam the show for moving slowly and revealing little but damn am I happy to have this back. Hell, with the writer's strike, I'm just happy to have anything new back.

Frustrating as last season was to watch, now that I've been sucked in, I'll keep watching even a shortened season. I've stopped expecting most of the questions to be answered anyways.

The show is definitely still good for at least a handful of amazing moments every season.

1. On the mobisode, there obviously has to be some sort of explanation as to why Jack's Dad is on the island after the plane crashes. With his body not being in the box, you have to think he is still alive and somehow involved in getting everyone to the island.

2. I think future Jack is ill/has cancer or some other very painful disease. That is why he wants to go back to the island because he knows what it did for Locke, Jin (not sterile, etc.).

Well, we know that his physical body is on the island, as it was (supposed) to be in the coffin going to LAX. For his appearance in the mobisode, probably one of two explanations:

a) he really is 'alive' (the producers have said that he is dead, but perhaps not in a way that we fully understand yet), due to something similar to Locke and Rose's situation, as he is the only dead person to be brought to the island (as opposed to dying ON the island).
b) manifestation of 'the monster'. We are quite certain (if not 100%) that it can take the form of things (ex. Yemi, Walt from S3 finale, etc.). It is possible that is simply took the form of the first dead person it could find (the coffin was found much further into the jungle), or maybe it even 'scanned' Jack while he was unconscious, in order to communicate with Vincent (a man is less scary then a billowing cloud of smoke). Why did he have to wake him so quickly? Apparently, Jack had 'work to do', that had to be done soon; probably saving someone in the crash...maybe Claire, and in turn, Aaron?

6 hours now...

1. Why do you have to think that? do you have to think that there's a horse there and Eko's brother, too? why do you HAVE to think that hallucination is true?
2. that's a good point that I never considered. very interesting.

That ep was pretty frickin' good. Since there's no [R], can I speak freely of the doings that transpired?

I liked the opener... enough questions with enough new ideas to keep it something i want to see more of...

i am actually glad i watched the hourlong recap prior so that i could fill in a couple of holes i somehow missed over the last few years...

hurley (yelling to the cops arresting him): "i'm one of the oceanic 6!"

so, only six make it off the island?

Yep, I think thats the gist of it...so we know Jack, Kate and Hurley now; 3 down, 3 to go.

Interesting to note that Jack is fine when visiting Hurley (this happened before the scene we saw in Through the Looking Glass)...Hurley is messed, talks with Jack...that triggers something in Jack, Jack is messed, meets with Kate...so (in theory), who does Kate find next?

i'd like to see a screenshot of when hurley was looking in the window of jacob's shack. i've read that jacob in the rocking chair closely resembles jack's dad.

I'm not trying to be a troll but seriously Lost is the dumbest, absolute worst show on tv. Sorry.
