I own Mania's (though I only paid like $140 for them because I got them in Portugal) and I'd say they are probably worth the difference. The leather is the best of any boot I've worn and the heel counter prevents my heel from moving in the boot at all. The outsoles are also different, I get excellent grip with the Mania's but my teammate who has Manic's is always complaining about how poorly the cleats grip the ground, we compared the cleats and it seems that the Mania's are longer. So I say yes the difference is worth it, plus the Mania's look better and come with more prestige. ;)

As a rule no they tend to run on the thinner side as do most Adidas, they will strech but the toe box is very pointed and narrow causing pinching while running at least in my experience with the boot,
With this shoe your arch shape has an effect as well, the last is built to be a narrow and curved last which is usually associated with a medium to high arch, if you have a lower and longer arch or are flat footed I would suggest getting a shoe with a wider forefoot and that fits well in the heel, like a Puma KSL or King or the Total 90 ll 's from Nike in KNG 100 or K leather.
I have funny shaped feet in terms of getting a mix of my dads short fat feet with the usual high arch curve but my moms long funky toes and lower longer arch so most all adidas don't work well for me personally since I have wider feet even though they have a bit of a curve to them.
Its all in what you like and what fits you the best, I do see a lot of people struggle with adidas but stick to them becasue of this weird brand loyality they develop fromt he Copa being thier first nice boot, don't fall into the trap if the shoe feels funny of buying it because its a Predator get what is the best for you.
