Also Galindo is not coming because De Maria and co are being little ************s about his drug enhancement thing a while back, pretty sad I was looking forward to galindo redeeming himself with the seleccion

I find the friendly match up against the U.S nads to be pretty gh3y because they pussied away from playing at the Coloso de Santa Ursula. Then the idiots at the FMF agree to yet another game in the U.S and once again the team wont even have time to prepare. The gringos already had one game against Sweden.
This has been one of the main reasons the USMNT have the Tricolors number. They noew the importance of beating Mexico and what it means in CONCACAF specialy when the Regional tourneys roll around.
They take this game far more serious always come better prepared. In the first post WC (06) friendly they held a month long training camp and played two friendly games, one of them behind closed doors, before steping into the field against Mexico.
This time is no diffrent. Like I said they already played Sweden and are currently holding Camp at the Home Depot Center. Mexico in turn has not even named a roster and if we are counting on the Euro-based players, we will have a squad with only two days to practice together.
Then not surprisgly Mexico loses against the better prepared team and the whole of BS Mex goes Ape Shit and the Idiot Sam Army and Other Spazzos celebrate the now customary 2-0 win which will mean sh't once the World Cup rolls around and they go home after losing all three group games.
However, these friendly wins do a lot to boost their confidence when the two sides meet in Gold Cup, WCQ, and other official International matches. Gentlemen the FMF is selling out the teams soul to their main rival.
I guarantee you that if the MNT no longer played "friendly" games against the USMNT in the U.S. when the teams did meet in an official match they would not know what to expect. However, they gotten a feel for Hugo's team twice already, and thanks to genius scheduling by the FMF wizards, they will get another trial run against el Tri just before WCQ start..
That is just added pressure for our National coach who should be concentrated on preparing the U-23 for pre-Olympic Qualifiers. If the FMF needs the money that bad then they could of easily scheduled a friendly against a lesser opponent, get a good result so he can focus back on the youth team.

According to the Stuttgart web page (http://www.vfb.de/en/aktuell/news/2007/17652.php), Osorio will not play in today's game against Werder Bremen due to a groin injury. If it's serious, he may not get called by Hugo (if he was going to be called up at all).

All good points I hadn't really considered. I think I did notice the difference in preparation quality and time between the two teams last friendly, but previously shrugged it off as unimportant. But now, it seems this has been a trend (considering this game), and might be a big factor in the US's winning streak.
As for Osorio... I feel bad for saying this but hopefully Osorio's injury prompts Hugo into calling Galindo. For Osorio to miss one game is no big deal, especially if it opens a door for Galindo.

Sinha is a great addition. The only area we are limited and don't have talent is midfield. Especially attacking mids. Great addition. I would of like to see Guille Franco also.

You could put Gio or Vela at attacking mid and have no problems.

Hugo needs to check out all the pleyers he can before WCQ.. Having Sinha playing in the MFL makes it easier as far as ATM options go. If Sinha fits into his tactical scheme he will more players to chose from and not worry so much about suspensions and injuries.
