Woooooooooo!

I feel so estatic, almost to the point of wanting to trash talk a fourth-division team! [/tounge-in-cheek]

Hey Pod, how are your---scratch, cough, wheeze---voices this morning? ;)

What voice? I don't have any this morning! Just hope it returns by Saturday.

It was seriously cool to see some people in the neighboring sections behind the goal actually joining in the chants. And, low and behold, there were people actually STANDING in the main (zombie) stand as well Go figure!

Question: Where will you host the next round? UW again, or a different field?

Back at Stade de Seahawk on 27 August.

Is this confirmed? I hope you're right. I'm guessing it will be the biggest crowd of the year. I can't imagine anybody that was at the game this week wouldn't come back. I'm making sure to drag as many fence sitters along with me as I can. We need to do some guerilla marketing to make sure all of Seattle knows about this game.

Bring on LA! If we can beat the best team in MLS, surely we can beat the lowly Gals.

I got an e-mail from the club today, so that sounds pretty set.

One would hope so. Bad news is that the Mariners are also playing that night. And there's a statistically significant difference in Sounders attendance when there's a baseball game across the street. It also makes eating and drinking at F.X. a pain in the culo.

Agree...especially at home.
