i wash mine in the shower, don't use hot water. Unless gloves are SUPER muddy, don't bother with soap , it will dry out the latex.
Hang dry in a cool place, away from light...

Pretty much what Becks said.
Don't use soap as it will dry out the latex. I dry my gloves by laying them palms up on a towel after removing the excess water from washing.
They might not dry as fast that way, but the water that seeps out does not accumulate at the fingertips while drying as it would if you hung them up. Typically it takes about a day and a half for my gloves to dry.

another thing I heard is that you dry your gloves with the fingers facing the sky, so that the water runs through the palm and down through the closure, apparently you get better grip.

the old paper towel stuffing cant hurt either... I used to keep mine in a REUSCH carrying case I got at goalie camp in high school to keep them moist... It might of helped the gloves, but thinking back on it it the bacteria my hands must have encountered is a little disturbing...

I stored my gloves in a glove bag until I realized that they started smelling REALLY bad after a while in there... Now I only use the glove bag for transport.
