deco is not overated

Neither is Diego, for that matter. Not even a little bit.

In other news, this might sound a little out of left-field, but I think Marco Materazzi is incredibly underrated.

Julio Cesar has to be the most underrated player in Europe right now.

I think Materazzi is overrated, especially after his world cup exploits. He was never in the class of Cannavaro or Nesta.

but i´m sure if materazzi wouldnt play the world cup, italy isnt the world champions.

Good call. Lots of scudettos, very little mention.

he is an exellent goal keeper, not only for his scudettos, his saves are incredibles.........he is very underrate.

yes it is, materazzi is more of a burden on a team than he is beneficial. He does stupid fouls in dangerous areas. i would take a defender like toure over him any day

Hard to say. Nesta probably doesn't score against Czech Rep or France but then he also doesn't give away a penalty against France or get a red card against Australia.

How do you want people to rate them Teso? Alongside Pele and Maradona? They're not underated.

Maxwell is, I wish Dunga would call him up, it's about time.

Ambrosini is underated.

Generally, van der Sar and Ferdinand aren't underrated. With Scholes, I'm agree.

I always believed Ljungberg (in his prime obviously) was one of the most underrated.
