When have I not respected other's opinions that have done so with mine? Either find an example or join Teso's in his immature ways. And where have I been an iniesta fan boy? Look back at my post history to see how i criticized him during Euros. Learn the definition of the word before using it.

Yes, no way Arteta or Aquilani are ahead of Iniesta now or about the last season. Xavi couldn't be about the last year specifically and I'm not sure about the current Scholes.
Arteta is a very underrated player but there's no way I'd place him above Iniesta. He does however deserve a shot for Spain there's no doubt about that.

Arteta is unfortunate in that Spain are blessed with many gifted midfielders currently.

Muntari is definatley underrated. The guy can be just as good as Essien on his day.

Not too many that can excel out wide, however. Future Spain midfields could certainly benefit from the interchangeable duo of Arteta and the already-established Silva on either flank.

Look, if Xavi and Iniesta were somehow underrated that would presumably mean some sort of hidden defensive component to their games. I have no idea how many games Barca lost over the last two years after they had a lead, but it's a lot. It definitely cost them the 2007 Liga title. Those two, especially Xavi have to take some of the blame along with Rikaard. But they're Catalans/youth system so just blame Eto'o, Deco, and Ronaldinho! They got off easy.
