Disgraceful behaviour, as always, by AS. It is no surprise so many neutrals end up disliking Real.

Favorite stat of the season. Kuyt is garbage.
Rafa may not have pulling power, but any team that hasn't won a domestic title in nearly 2 decades won't. It's on the manager to be shrewd and make smart buys, use good tactics, etc. The money has obviously been there, enough threads, excel files, etc show that. But Benitez has spent it on garbage, garbage, and more garbage. A player like Roque Santa Cruz, who cost almost half of Kuyt, would probably have chosen Liverpool over Blackburn! That would have been a smart buy! Instead Benitez keeps bringing in his trash and Liverpool continue to be shite.
Benitez may not have been ready to take this job, but the blame lands squarely on his feet. He's had boatloads of cash, whether he can't use it shrewdly is his fault.
FAT SPANISH WAITTERRR
whats funny is how people from our board were sulking while watching his debut and i distinctly remember someone saying "thats what we need and what we missed out on" or something very close to it after 1 half of prem football
what a joke.
also i missed the game due to academic commitments. how was the Škrtel boy?

vs Chelsea - Malouda, penalty...ref apologised for incorrect decision
vs Man Utd - Tevez gets onto a shot from outside the box (right place at right time)
vs Wigan - Bramble gets onto a poorly cleared ball, showing his great finishing ability, only this time, at the right end of the field for him.
vs Villa - 2nd goal, big deflection, shot was going wide.
what i dont get is how the MUFC or Wigan ones are luck?? its your fault against us you let that ball get through and also against Wigan it was poorly cleared. even the Villa one...deflections happen and yes ok bad luck but what about the reverse fixture? unless you disagree that was a dive for the FK
and you've had your luck as well ask Derby.

Bloody hell, Wenger's not messing about.
Fabregas, Hleb, Sagna and Gallas are all playing but Spurs still have the edge so far. Good game.

Spurs are ripping Arsenal a new one. To steal a line from Andy Gray, goodness me.

Berbatov showing his class again, keeps the ball in play at the endline, is pinned in a corner by Gallas, and then megs him and shrugs off him hanging onto his jersey. Class.

Half time. It's been a great game and Keane has been the player of the half by far.

What a ********ing pass!!! Great finish too. Fantastic match. Berbatov said this was their most important match, and they're really taking it seriously.
