Okay. we play against one team who is our biggest rival. There strategy for the four years we have played against them was to use a system of small triangles on our side of the feild to break down the D. Whenever they moved the ball they would form a new triangle and they would work this until they broke through or found an openning. We Play a 4-3-3 , and i have been trying to find a way to explain to my team how to shut the triangle down.

First off it isn't a strategy to form triangles, it just means the player in posession of the ball always has support. The 4-3-3 you play is fine, you just need to deploy a tighter man marking system than you have.
