What the hell?

Despite the incomprehensible initial post, I'll leave this up because it's a cool nano-tech advance.

It was a This is Spinal Tap reference:

Nigel Tufnel, in reference to the band's black album cover:
"It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black."

My shame is complete.

It my defense, it's been probably a decade since I've seen that. At least it seems that long.

What a thread full of geezers. Spinal Tap is so old.

Lets instead use a quote from Nathan Explosion, from the awesome and totally now show Metalocalypse: "Blacker than the blackest black... times infinity!"

What a thread full of geezers. Spinal Tap is so old.

It was released in 1984, which is the year I graduated from high school. I remember like it like it was yesterday . . . walking across the stage wearing my Ray-Ban Wayfarers, Members Only jacket with the sleeves pushed up, and parachute pants.

Actually, I was probably wearing an Iron Maiden concert t-shirt and Levi's under the graduation gown, but I won't let facts get in the way of a perfectly good delusional memory!

Senility has its advantages.

... or 'The Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy'... "The instruments are dark black lights on a black setting in a black background... really cool but soooo difficult to use".

Or 'Red Dwarf' with holly, the ships computer explaining how she managed to run into 3 black holes because she didn't notice them. "Well, the thing is, black holes are black, aren't they... and the colour of space, yer basic space colour... is black... so how're you supposed to see them?"

...and there's always this fella... just don't mention black, ok?
