jus before i order a size similar to copas did you prefer yours 1/2 size smaller to your absolutes?

Yep my Mizuno Shinken and Copa size does run a half size smaller than my absolutes. I wear a 9.5 in ABS and 9 in both copa and shinkens, good luck man hopefully you get em soon :)

just brought my lil bro to buy his boots.. i gave him the option of buying either legends copas or adipures.. or any other classic type boot because i want him to learn that gimmicks in boots wont help his game out.. any ways he ended up love the black adipures so we got those.. ill post some pics if i get a chance.. they are truly a quality boot.

Did you consider that maybe those boots wouldn't fit him? Even though the adiPures ended up fitting him well, but what if none of them did? I know plenty of people who buy boots like the Lasers and Vapors and PowerSwerves because of their fit and comfort, not because of their gimmicks.

yes it is stupid to only get a classic bc maybe they are a classic but not the right fit, why convince him/order him to start with a classic when he might want microfiber or a different type of boot

The thing is ... a lot of the gimmicks dont actually work anyhow, so it wouldn't have made much different which boots he had!!

But Adipures are a very good choice!!

I'm pretty sure that out of the copas, legends and adipures you can get near every type of fit except extreme cases. I have a fairly wide foot and the adipures fit me just fine as did the legends.

yes this is it.. a classic leather boot fits most types.. my brother is 11 and i don't want him to get into all the gimmicks of boots today i want him to develop his skill in a simple boot that fits him well and comfortable.. for example i want him to be able to hit a good shot..but i don't want him to think hey i'm in preds they help me get that extra bit of power in my shot.. he tried on a ton of leather boots and he loved the snug fit of the adi's.. btw i would suggest those boots to any one i tried a pair on my self and am really considering them.. there brilliant boots and a great price..i dont want any one to think i forced my brother into buying a boot lol but i just want him to realize that at this young age his skill and talent are going to make him a better player not his boots.. im trying to teach him this b/c i know when i was his age i was hell bent on getting w.e boots my favorite players wore.. any hoo quick question.. i bought a pair of cl abs sg cuz they were on sale.. i was wondering for those who use the hybrid(sp?) studs how are they.. i was considering buying them b/c i remember reading that A.Fof manchester utd was complaining about injuries they cause?
