I notice that for some teams such as barcelona and inter milan when they play in the champions league the back of their jersey is different from the the ones they use in their domestic leagues. There are no stripes in the center of the back its just one solid color and the name and number. Does anyone know if these jerseys are available retail anywhere?

UEFA requires teams perticipating in the CL/UEFA Cup with striped/patterned kits to have solid colored backs for their CL/UEFA Jerseys. If I remember correctly, its so that the player's name/number can be clearly visible. Which is why teams like Inter and Barca(any team with a striped/patterned kit) have different kits for International tournaments(in this case the CL) than those used for their domestic leauge.

You can purchase them online, I know kitbag offers them, just look in the CL jersey section.

But the umbro is in a different spot... not that that means its not fake but why make such a silly change as moving the unbro logo so slightly. If you notice it extends under the colar on the forest shirt but not the england shirt

The solid backed shirts are player issue only, they are not available on general sale. That link you put down does not have any of those shirts, just the replicas.

Jesus, thats the tightest shirt ive ever seen! The guy on the left can't even stand up straight his shirt is so tight the force is pulling his shoulders down!

England just have a home/away shirt rotation. We do have each shirt for 2 years. They've just timed it so one comes out each season. You probably have loads left because you are in America :p like my sports soccer has loads of USA shirts that never seen to sell!!

While you may not care for Qatar´s kits, I thought it was interesting that Adidas has used this template, the Sereno
Ive seen it used in training kits (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B000N6NKV2/ref=dp_image?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&img=MAIN&color%5Fname=1)

Opps! My bad. When I checked the page out I clicked on Porto's and they did have a solid back(click on enlarge image)

http://kitbag.com/stores/kitbag_4_5/football/product_details.aspx?pid=39461&vid=0&cid=6887&tid=&nav=

So I figured they all had 'em. But now that I looked at the others (Inter,Arsenal,Barca) they dont have it. Milan also had the square, but thats how all their jerseys are this year. Dunno whats up with that discrepancy.
I dunno too much about Porto so maybe the same thing applies to them?

Edit: I just checked Getty ans sure enough, all of Porto's kit (International & domestic) have a solid back.
