Whoa - tied for the lead in top 10 finishes? Little ol' me? man, I've been scratching and crawling all season up the table - finally made the 'prem' a couple of weeks ago - just goes to show that you don't need to know what your doing to do reasonably well at this! ;^)

As is the case in many things in life, just showing up does count for something.

I would think that someone doing only an "average" job of picking each and every week would come out ahead of someone else with much better picking skills who missed several weeks.

Ha - you guys aren't going to deflate my balloon that easily! Actually, I have completely missed a bunch of games - it's expecially galling to realise that I missed some early FA cup games where ManU and Chelsea played 4th div. teams or something.

Fact is - I have been pleasantly surprised at how well I've done, but I wouldn't dream of actually betting on the games.

Should be a good finish ... I gotta remember to start picking more 4-0 results for Chelsea. Parker seems like a perfect fit for an already strong side. Too bad for Charlton ... time to start picking their matches as 0-4 ...

No argument there, but there's something impressive about nailing the result when 6 or 7 goals are scored. As Clanblue pointed out, who calls matches 4-3 (or 2-4) anyway?

Correctly calling any Leicester win is heady stuff ... in the Prem, they've put the ball in their own net as often as they've won a match. Hope they stay up, tho'.

Yup...I am in the middle of the improved version of the game that I am programming for the upcoming MLS season...and had to test out the new code somehow, so I said what the hell..I'll throw it on the EPLPL..

I rigged up the EPLPL in like 3 days way back when so I forgot a lot of how I wrote it, that's why I screwed up by calling that variable $who ...I just went back and renamed it $whom

Appreciate that. I hope it has provided some fun for you guys.

Actually I was thinking about creating a Pay Pal account that people could donate like up to 10$ or something, and the money would go towards prizes and shipping of them. I already went and bought a real domain, so the site will be easier to remember.

I also plan on adding a bunch more leagues for next summer, as well as Euro 2002 and World Cup Qualifying.

Eventually I would like to do this as a side business to make some cash, but right now I dont have time or financial resources to get it off the ground.
