Why are the English so f*****g narrow minded

Right i am welsh and have been living in geordie land for the last year (nice place tiddy people) but every english person belives we (wales) are still a pile of shait which normally ends up with me lecturing them about how Giggs Davies Hartson and Bellamy are far supperior and why a fit Delaney would piss all over Nevile. this brings me on to my main point a mate of mine is Scotish but an egg chacing fan now being from countries who ain't the greatest rugby nations we told our english counterparts that if the Celtic nations (Weles, Scotland, Northen and Republic of ireland) all puled together and competed as one that we would destroy england at all sports bar maybee cricket but that would only be for a few years, which the reply is normally well thats not fair having 4 countries together which is counter replied with the fact that london has a bigger population than the celtic nations who have been forced into the uk. Anyway i was wondering what Celtic team would u field i have no idea about a defence though but a team would look something like this.

Giggs Davies

Ferguson Savage



? ? ? Delaney

i kno theres no Duff but if he was on form or putting in more effort then giggs or davies would be replaced

i think Carr can play left back and O'Shea would play somewhere in the center with gabbidon possibly in there as well. I kno he plays for cardiff but being a swansea fan and seen his national performances he is quality

I also kno its very welsh orientated but that is only cos i am welsh so i am a bit biast

If you're superior how come Wales havent qualified for a tournament since the 1950's? No team that hasnt played tournament football for over 50 years can brag can they??

While we was at the world cup beating the likes of argentina... all the welsh squad were on holiday at disney or benidorm.Just like every other summer for the last 50 years.lol
That win over italy was wales only decent result in the last decade...Once you get past the likes of giggs and bellamy there aint much left is there.. Just look at that piss poor defeat against the USA in a recent friendly.You have NO DEPTH whatsoever.

Scotlands rugby team is full of Kiwi imports..
Irelands rugby team is full of english imports..
Northern ireland dont even have a team...
Wales are just plain rubbish judging by the consistently terrible results .
Not much different to the football teams either.
All the celtic teams are full of england rejects with long lost celtic grandparents.

When ex-Wales coach Graham Henry selected the british lions squad he picked mostly english players...
England can play and beat the best sides in Rugby..NZ ,australia ,south africa..
Those teams are better than anything the celtics could muster.

Having a small population never stopped sides like denmark ,croatia,etc.. having good teams.
you sounds like one of these self-pitying celtics with their whole victim mythology.
You get alot of chip-on-shoulder welsh people.
bit of a complex you've got there methinks.

Cos we have a population of just over 2.7 million compete at almost every sport under the sun. While i suppose it is easy to compete at everything while u have a large population.

Sorry Boyo but i never new that english people whern't considering how many world cups and european chiampionships you should have won and how most of your squad are world class. So how ironic it is that an english person is having a go at me for being biast.

Excuse me but you have just highlighted exactly what super swans was saying. You cant even get your facts right can you wales have had plenty of good resluts in the last decade such as beating germany (not a bad result yeah ?) beating italy, a draw with argerntina and the czech republic, beating finland. Also the side that was put out in the US was a second string side that had nearly all of the star players missing ! Wales have got plenty of quality in the squad when you look at giggs,bellamy,davis,speed,delany,savage,hartson,earnshaw (a player who most preimer clubs would love to buy),pembridge. All in all why cant you just admit that we have improved and are now a footballing nation who can compete on the world stage and i believe that they would seriously challenge England in an game ! . Ok so the history of welsh football isnt good but please dont try and discredit the team who are changing all that and are becoming a success.
After all we all have our national teams and we support them with pride so there is no need to take anything away from somebodys elses heros !
