It would seem that we have been handed a reprieve (http://chelsea.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=884&p=2&stid=8270282) on the financial front for now.
This is probably the best news to have come out of the summer as it may mean not only opening the season with the players we have, but also finishing it with them.
