I believe his best days are numbered. He has just turned into Sir Alex's pet, growling occasionaly (like when he criticised the new Ireland top and had a dig at Ronaldinho for not joining United). Djemba-Djemba has been bought to replace him.

Physically he is past it. He's always been a mental case, so the quicker he pisses off the happier I'll be.

Same here. He's a hypocritical scrotum of a man. He always got on his team mates case for not being 'professional', yet he used to go out and get spannered before games. Roy's a man who will never say he's wrong, and that his reckless challenges over the years have been justified by being 'committed'.

He also criticized his teammates for being more concerned about their sports cars, money, etc., even though he and David Beckham were the highest earners.

Not to mention Keane was more interested in settling old scores, satisfying his ego and more drinking.

Well, irrational behaviour and a propensity to react to the world around you with violent rage are both well-established effects of alcoholism.

Such is life.

But underneath it all he has a heart of gold...

Come on guys! Keano like a little cute teddy bear. A wee Irish lad. Don't you just want to give him a big hug? I mean, everytime he does that cartwheel we he scores...oh, wait. Are we talking about Roy Keane or Robbie Keane? Because, if it's Roy, he's a borderline criminal! But Robbie, the wee Irish lad...

Still, given the choice I'd bet any and every one of you would have killed to have him on your team over the last 10 years, based solely on whaty he brings to the pitch. As for those saying he's no longer a good player, and just a mental-case, look at his performance yesterday

He almost did sign for Blackburn, but Ferguson nipped in ahead of us. Can't remember if it was legal or illegal 'tapping up', not that it matters, as Ferguson gets away with it.

Anyway, he is a very good player, but that doesn't stop him from being an, arrogant, violent, hypocritical c_nthole.

yes.

Oh, Keano's ***************ing magic,
He wears a magic hat,
And when he saw Old Trafford,
He said "I fancy that"
He didn't sign for Arsenal,
Or Blackburn 'cos they're shite,
He signed for Man United,
Because they're ************ing dynamite.

The language has gotten very R-rated! Here's a thought: Battle royale, Roy Keane vs Sol Campbell! Who wins? Keano's got thatily veteran gile, so I would have to go with Keano. Keane does the same dirty cheap shots that Campbell seems to get redcarded for every week, but he knows how to get away with it!

I think that Keano can now attack and let djemba-djemba take care of the dirty work.

I think Keano has himself a good understudy in Djemba-Djemba. Why have only one midfield enforcer when you can have two midfield enforcers?!
