vs

Manchester City Football Club

Where: Upton Park

Tele: I haven't found any tv listings for this match

Oddly enough I haven't even found an internet stream that is showing the match so it looks like I am going to be reduced to using soccernet's gamecast :(. Sucks living in America sometimes. Oh well, biggest news about this match could be Castillo's debut. I personally can't wait to see him on the field, could be a fantastic addition to the squad. But who knows really. Apparently the match is sold out so it should be a great atmosphere at the match, lots of travelling fans. Hoping we can continue our 2008 form with another win.

Welcome back CB, we've missed you these last few weeks. Hope the exams went well (or have you yet to take them?).

I've not found any TV coverage either. Did you know that BigSoccer has a TV calendar? Not all TV coverage is listed, so I've asked BuffloSoldier to let me know what the criteria is. Two of Man City's games weren't listed, but Score and Setanta (respectively) were showing them.

It'll be interesting to see SGE's starting line-up, hopefully it will be similar to the Newcastle game. I'm sure Castillo will feature at some point in the match, it's a shame we can't get to see his first game. All our ticket allocation has been sold, so the fans will be singing their hearts out and wanting to see Castillo.

Come on you Blues

If Nery plays up to his capabilities, City fan's worldwide are going to be in for a real treat. I have seen him play several times. Fantastic for El Tri!

You're welcomed. So does anybody have a feed? Even a radio feed?

Any info on how Nery is playing? As much as I hope he finds his form again, it's hard not to laugh at that video of him playing for Shaktar, where he throws a fit about not being allowed to kick the penalty, then finally gets to and has it saved. Hope not to see that Castillo today.

FT 0-0. Replay on 16th January. From the mcfc web-site, it sounds as though we had an attacking game and the team tried to play Nery in. Hope we get to see the match this time! :)
