i reckon we could guess all day long and still not get the right answers.

My guess: we buy and sell nobody and finish 10th

Of the players in, I have covered all of them (I think) in the January Window thread. All of them have been linked, usually heavily, with us. These links for the most part are crap. But I love this time of year.

I didn't include the ridiculous ones such as Villa, Eto'o, Huntelaar, etc. Although Modric is bordering on it.

I also forgot to include Poulsen, which is highly speculated to be Juande's first move as there is a 7 million pound buy out clause for him

Somehow, I think somebody will be crazy enough to bid Berbs. When we sell him for a rediculous price, we will then turn around and buy everybody.

It is a new day. :D

Djibril Cisse Linked With England Return As Spurs Show Interest
The Observer claims that Tottenham Hotspur are among the English clubs displaying an interest in Marseille forward Djibril Cisse...

Marseille's Djibril Cisse is said to be eager to make a move back to the English Premiership, with Spurs apparently heading the queue to sign him.

The 26-year-old arrived at the Velodrome in 2006 after two seasons at Liverpool, but is allegedly on the lookout for a return to the Premier League after just eighteen months back in France.

Liverpool have a re-buy option for their former hitman, but coach Rafael Benitez is apparently unwilling to bring back a player whom he exiled not so long ago.

Hence The Observer claims that Tottenham Hotspur have both an interest in, and a chance to sign the ex-Auxerre man.

Spurs are joined in their watching Cisse by clubs including Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City, Portsmouth and Bolton Wanderers.

A potential move may hinge on transfers elsewhere. Spurs would no doubt be compelled to look for forward options if Dimitar Berbatov moved on; similarly, Bolton's Nicolas Anelka could yet depart the Reebok, leaving a gap up front.

French international Cisse has netted just twice this season so far in Ligue 1.

As far as the media is concerned, there's never a strange transfer rumor when it comes to Spurs, is there?

Entertaining the thought that this was/is true, what would possibly make Commolli drool over these stats. Is 1 goal in France equal to 10 in England?

Because Comolli is a (insert 2000 foul words here) who doesn't know talent

If you voted for Urby or Hutton, you were wrong.

In fact, the only way Hutton is joining us after multiple rejections is if Comolli slips him a roofie. He will then wake up with his Spurs shirt inside out, searing pain in his nether regions and a lifetime supply of guilt, shame and helplessness to feed on.

So no Urby? That would have been so big cause he has incredible poptential and he is also pretty good.

I'm disappointed Hutton turned us down, but I wouldn't be so sure he will not end up here this summer or next. I expect Manchester United will fill the Gary Neville spot eventually, and probably not with Hutton because his defending isn't good enough and Manchester United tends to get all of their players contributing defensively.

One thing I admire about Levy is that he doesn't give up when he wants someone (e.g. look at his foolish Downing crush) and doesn't let bad press put him off. Bale is a classic example, he was in virtually the same position as Hutton is now, and he took a while to decide then held off in hopes of a bid from Manchester United. I think we're all happy now that Levy kept up his interest and eventually got Bale. Hutton could end up being the same sort of transfer.

Urby is all athletics and flash atm, I'm not really sold on his end product or defending. I'm not questioning his potential, or that he's a good player, but remember that players like Phil Ifil just aren't good enough for this level, and Urby may be closer to Ifil than the media would like us to believe.

One thing I admire about Levy is that he's a fellow Jew. He sure doesn't spend like one of us, though. 16 mil for Bent? Sheeyit.
