Will Diego be at least travelling with the team? It'd be nice to give him some recognition (and no, I certainly don't mean in the Jason Kreis way).

Hard to say. He wasn't in DC. I imagine the healling part after breaking one's face (especially the bones around the eye cavity) would involve staying away from the big changes in air pressure involved in air travel.
We wish Diego was going to the game, too.

Marcin may have some Section 8 tix. Look for him in or near Jimmy's.
Always best to arrange in advance. Good to hear we are creating scarity with our tiny little home. :D
I'll be at Features as soon as the Metra train can get me there. (I don't have any extra tickets.)
Take the Metra so you don't drink and drive. They have a lot of express options since this will be evening rush hr. You can even drink on the Metra train without getting hassled. :D
Cheers!

Also, try Features, generally there is at least one person trying to sell tickets. The local soccer stores and local soccer associations also have consignment tickets and sometimes hang around downtown trying to get people to buy what they have left before they have to turn them in at the ticket office.

The weekly press release for the Wizards has Diego listed as probable.

While I hope Diego plays, I wouldn't count on it. Lets say, I'd be surprised if he did.
I'd like to come over here confidently and say that I think the Wizards can win this game. The only time I seem to be able to say that this season is at home against NE or DC. While KC has "the hottest record over 10 games", very few of their games have been impressive all season. I'd keep my eyes open for a 0-0 draw as well, except that it seems every time I get to watch a game on TV they never tied 0-0.

Don't worry, we'll win. I just found out I won't be able to make the game. They're 3-0 when I'm not there.
If Diego is there, he deserves a HUGE ovation for his work here. I hope he is there to receive it.

I hope Diego is there. He was my original favorite player for the fire. I miss him a bunch.
Should be a fun game with lot's of people.
DIEGO WILL BE THERE!

Despite the win, the game was ended by an altercation between the two teams. Gutierrez suffered a fractured orbital bone surrounding his left eye. After recovering from facial surgery, Gutierrez was given the go-ahead from his doctor and is slated to make his return Wednesday.
"I'm extremely excited to return to Chicago," Gutierrez said. "My wife is already there. We had a wonderful time in Chicago and made a lot of friends. It makes it even sweeter that I will be making my comeback in front of the fans in Chicago."

The Fire always scores against KC. Well except for that one little October game.

I have no clue what time the box office opens but you better get there early because ticketmaster doesn't have many options beyond section 8.

-brandon I'm not sure the Ultras is a joining sort of thing.
If you want scarves, talk to Marcin. He's got short, very blonde hair.
If you want to join or get barnburners gear, look for Paul at Features.

Yes. I will be in front of Jimmy's begining at around 6 PM until about 7:20 PM. I have plenty of general admission tickets for the game. I am also going to take some scarves with me. If anybody is interested in the roadtrip to Kansas City also talk to me before or after the game. I am a guy with very blonde short hair about 6' tall.
