The move of Sebastian Prödl to Werder Bremen seems to be fixed, but it is not offial yet.

Höchste Geheimhaltungsstufe herrschte gestern beim SK Sturm.

After Frings injury there also is an interest in Sebastian Kehl form Borussia Dortmund. His contract ends this summer and he hasn´t extended yet. Considering what the source says he might even come to us during this transfer period.

Werder und Kehl - läuft da was? Ein klares Dementi klingt jedenfalls anders.

Very good, young centre half from Austria. He is the biggest talent they have and will develop extremly well. Very, very promising player...

Hope he gets some playing time considering Naldo and Mertesacker are in front of him...but he could also be used as a right or left back I suppose.

Transfer fee somthing between 2.5 - 4 million euros.

He might not extend with us (Dortmund) and might possibly join you guys? True.

He might move this transfer period? Never happen. BVB would rather lose him for nothing next season than play the rest of this season without him.

You can never tell actually...

Oh, in this case, I can. There is a major difference in the BVB team with and without Kehl. The fans would tear down the stadium if they sold him in the next week.

Trust me. They would rather let him go free after the season than sell him now.

The fans would tear down the stadium

That'd be a bloody shame. Best stadium in the world.

John Jairo Mosquera joins Aachen for 6 months on a loan deal.
I hope he gets some matches there and improves his qualities.

Mesut Özil "seems" to join Werder Bremen

The 19 year old midfileder from Schalke 04 comes to Bremen, says the Bild. Comparable to the Sun. :) But multiple other sources say that the deal has just been fixed.

Bremen also had a press conference at 12.30.

If they had a press conference at 12:30, they didn't introduce Ozil.

Dude, I would not be so quick to trust anything from "Bild."

They love to report what they think will happen and hope it actually does.

If we BVB fans were to believe them, we would have both Jens Lehmann and Andreas Hinkel under contract.

I am not saying this will not happen, but I'd wait for more trustworthy source than "Bild."

The last rumor I heard is that they are haggling over a transfer fee.

After a long day of tough negotiating Mesut Özil has joined Werder until 2011.

http://www.werder.de/aktuelles/news/meldung.php?id=12449

The last time the Werder forum had been this crowded was when this forward who wore the #11 on his jersey (sorry forgot his name) joined Bayern.

Anyway. Welcome Mesut and now get a haircut!

Ozil is a terrific signing. Another good move by Schaaf and Allofs

Interesting signing, althought i would have prefered a defensive midfielder.

But all the best at Werder, Mesut Özil. :)
