El jugador Brayan Angulo viajará este jueves a Europa para unirse a su nuevo club, el Boavista de Portugal.

Aunque el negocio del volante ex América estaba listo desde hace seis meses, por problemas con la visa no había podido viajar y unirse al club luso.

Brayan, de 18 años, se desempeña como lateral izquierdo o como volante carrilero por el mismo sector.

“El jueves (3 de enero) estoy viajando con un empresario para unirme a mi nuevo club. En la parte física estoy bien porque estuve trabajando estos días gracias a un plan que nos dejó el p.f. Ramón Vásquez”, manifestó el jugador.

El defensor, de 18 años, en la pasada temporada figuró en el registro de América de Cali y suena como una de la promesas del fútbol colombiano teniendo en cuenta su corta edad y su rendimiento.

Un grupo de empresarios denominado Invertfútbol fue la empresa encargada de concretar el traspaso del jugador a Boavista. Angulo firmó un contrato en calidad de préstamo y con duración de una temporada.

En declaraciones dadas a los medios portugueses, Álvaro Braga Junior, director deportivo de Boavista afirmó que el defensor zurdo "reúne juventud con experiencia". Angulo viajará mañana a Portugal y hará presencia en su nuevo Club el 4 de enero.

Boavista es un equipo de media tabla de Portugal, que ha aprovechado el mercado de invierno para amarse mejor y pelear por un cupo a la próxima Copa UEFA. Con Angulo llegan el delantero brasilero Alexandre, que proviene de Corinthians y el volante de marca Luis Loureiro, quien jugó en Dínamo de Moscú.

and have a mean defense, with Carlos Valencia in france, this kid in portugal, that kid from Sevilla, those 2 kids in england :) .... not to mention all the promising sub 20 we have at home

He's 18 and had a good game today playing as an attacking midfielder in the left flank.
Another correction, the result was 4 - 3 in Boavista's favour.

Brayan has been cited as having an okay first half (as he played midfield) but a strong second, and his collaboration in last week's game has been attributed to a good understanding with his natural position and upped his game as un lateral esquerdo!

Angulo is still young, I say give him more time in europe just played 2-4 games

Its like bringing in Carlos Valencia that use to play for River

I say give Cassiera, and the guy from America de Cali a shot

at the end of the season give him a Brayan a shot, unless Pinto is using the Honduras game as just all young players which I doubt and dont think he should do yet

We are 4th right now but no reason to get cocky, and its not like Brayan is going have the shot to play for portugal that we should worry about, at the end of the season if he is doing well and a starter than we have a winner.... (dont like Velez)

Estaba revisando en ESPN y este man desde que llego a Portugal, es titular en el Boavista...cuando llego el primer Fin de semana no jugo al sguiente si jugo y desde hay ah jugado todos los partidos y no los han reemplazado y el Boavista tengo entendido que esta entre los primeros 5 equipos...Curioso que aqui en America ni siquiera era titular alla si lo es...Alguien ah podido ver partidos de el?

yo he visto lo mismo, siempre de titular...interesante apenas tiene 18 agnos, lo estan puliendo muy bien para el campeonato de sub 20, ojala lara sepa usarlo bien
