Yes, it is out of jealousy. We all wish we could suck as bad as Spurs. What's the difference between Tottenscum and a triangle? A triangle's got 3 points! Here's a quote from 442, the president of Arsenal America: "Look out, they’ve got Bobby Convey! Still crap."

I'm excited to see Convey battle Diego for the #10 field general spot. Aren't you, Spur fan?

When yall going to sign Clint Mathis?

No, I'm talking to that picture hanging on the wall behind you. The one of Hoddle fellating Postiga to the tune of "Always Crashing In the Same Car."

By the way, as an MLS fan I wanted to thank the Spurs for paying our league $3 million to open up their own Convey Child Care franchise in London. Maybe you can spend more money buying that kid a decent cross, a left foot, and a fuking clue.

Then you'll have the luxury of nursing Diego along for a few years in order that he'll be ready to crack that oh-so-formidable starting lineup.

Oh that was witty. Why don't you go back to WR so you can start a "Can Michael Owen start for the USMNT?!?!" thread.:

Christ, I haven't heard this much whining from a Spur since Hoddle became odds-on favorite to become Motherwell's manager next season.

How many premiership titles does spurs have in the last 10 years, I count none. Blackburn has one though.

Blackburn had one extremely wealthy supporter back in the 90's, hence their one very fortunate league title. To suggest they are bigger than Spurs is absurd. Blackburn are a non-descript club with non-descript supporters. Spurs are so much more than that.

And as for Liverpool Mr Clarke, well lets not go there. Talk about fading shadows. Your club will never return to it's former glories. The current mob are an insult to the legends that once graced Anfield. Watching them makes Wimbledon scrazy gang seem like Brazil circ 1970. It is that bad

And we're still better than Spurs.

What a zinger.

Not sure you are if we could only get all our players fit.

Arf ... yeah ...

But in this universe, we are. And always will be.

Other than Gerrard, Owen, Kewell and maybe Hypia, who have you really got ?

Got that’s better than the spurs squad?

Arf …

Henchoz, Dudek, Kirkland, Baros, Murphy, Riise, Babbel (even the now-nearly-sort-of-fit-again Babbel), Diouf, Le Tallec, Carragher … in fact, anyone that isn’t Bruno Cheyrou or Djimi Traore.

Okay. Let's just make this easy. Tottenham are a horrible football team. They suck. Bottom line is that Arsenal (and just about half of the rest of the EPL) beat them every season. They haven't had a good squad since the 60's, and the coach thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread. The Spurs just need to face the facts that they aren't good, and unless someone like Roman Bronivich buys them and purchases half of the football world, they'll never again be good.
