I have a better idea, lets make this into the Official NYC - RBNJ rivalry thread.

Well I figured that even though most of the anti-NYC camp would be RB fans there would be a number of fans from other teams that would oppose the new team. I just wanna see how interesting this can get lol.

maybe if the thread topic was something different, something that WE true believers in NYC2 care about, then there would be some response from them. that's seems to be the only time they come out da wood works, but threads for design specifically for them, they tuck tail and run.

Good observation - they love to blow up our threads but we tell them to meet us a the Five Points for a good old classic screaming match and they dont show! Well, maybe they are off polishing all their historic trophies! Oh wait!

Very good observation indeed.

New York has a team. You guys just don't support it. Have fun dreaming boys, I'll be in the stadium cheering on the local side.

I live on Long Island, farther away than any of you **************. I still support the local side with both season tickets, and singing in the stands with the ESC.

Well I give you credit for showing up(and Metro as well)but we dont have a NYC team, and Rochester is too far away to support.

If its cheering that you want to do. Let me invite you to a couple of games at Flushing Meadows with a higher level of soccer than what you can find at the swamp.

All kidding aside, you more than anyone else should know how much the Metrostars and the RedBulls have ignored the Long Island market and for how long? I know you are a staunch supporter and I applaud you for having the balls to support RBNJ. And to be honest I think that they will probably have a stellar year. I really see them making it to the MLS cup this year or next. But look on the bright side your drive to the NY-NJ clasico will be greatly reduced!

Oh and before I forget, we are offering Amnesty here at the 5 Points. You might as well take advantage of the offer before the offer expires. lol lol
