He is right about two things:
1) Arsenal need a new stadium and that's very difficult to finance
2) Wenger hasn't given enough of a chance to young english players
But his coments about the quality of the current Arsenal squad make litle sense.
Goal: Lehman is one the top 5 keepers in the world.
Defence: That is a problem. Cambell is great, but Keown is to old and Cygan not good enough. But Wenger has created an excellent right-back from a decent winger in Lauren. Cole is OK.
Midfield: Viera is great and Silva,Edu and Parlour are very good assistants. Pires and Ljunberg are probably the best pair of wingers in the world.
Forwards: Henry+Wiltord or Bergkamp
What more could you wish for?
So the only real weakness is the centre of defence. This team will not finish lower than 3.

You're forgetting Jeffers and Aliadieri. I don't think Arsenal will ever get below finishing fourth or so if they do decline. I think Wenger should sell Wiltord and use that money along with whatever else he has to buy a good defender.

Chelsea is spending too much money and they will flop big in the end. The backside is the only problem Arsenal has. Its not even as bad as people make it out to be. It just looks worse because its the Gunners only big hole. All of the Starting Midfield is top quality, and they have Gio, Wiltord, and Parlour who are all good enough subs. Arsenal have an over abundance of good strikers in Aliadiere and Jeffers along Henry with Bergkamp for this year and Wiltord playing there as well.
