Hmm...IMO they were in the middle of my "wanted" list...as i wanted Sevilla, Madrid and Barca more than Milan or Inter.
IMO there dangerous players are Stankovic and Cambiasso in midfield and Ibrahimovic up front.
They still arent the dominant force in Europe that they are in Italian league and this will certainly work in our favour. I am praying for us to play them away first then come back to anfield...as this puts all the pressure on them to get a result in the first leg.
If our CB's can control the Ibrahimovic and our CM pairing...im thinking Xabi and Masch for that game...can control the middle along with a bit of help from SG then we are well on our way to getting a result against them.

Celtic v Barcelona

Liverpool v Inter
Roma v Real Madrid
Arsenal v Milan
Olympiakos v Chelsea
Fenerbahce v Sevilla
Bold teams are the ones i reckon will win over 2 legs, anyone else see something different happening

Ofcourse I am hoping we win, but that is a very tough tie. I expect L'Arse to beat Milan and Schalke/Porto is a toss up. Lyon will lose but won't make it easy for Manchester

So anyone wanna give us the rundown on Inter Milan?
I never watch Serie A.

Players to look out for?

Rafa on the draw:
"They will be worried for sure,"
"They know we are a good team and I remember talking about Barcelona being a tough draw last year. In two months time you don't know what could happen so we will see if we can go into the match playing a little bit better."
"Everyone was expecting a difficult draw and Inter Milan are top of the table in Italy, so it will be very, very difficult."
"I know them from playing against them with Valencia. They have good players and experience in Europe so it will be a very, very difficult job, but we were expecting that.
"If you want to progress in the competition you have to beat the top sides and Inter are one of them. Hopefully we will meet another one in the next round.
"But for now, we are talking about Portsmouth because we will not play this game for two months and so we must think about Portsmouth because the Premier League is the priority now."

Exactly the way I feel, they're a top side, we've beaten them before and I think we can do it again. The team will be prepared the manager will have his CL hat on and we will prevail.
Did I ever tell you guys about the first time Inter came to Liverpool, the first "Real" European night at Anfield. on the Kop and they figured there were 27,999 others standing with me. How we sang "Go back to Italy" as we exited the stadium.......Well gather around kids.
Twas a dark and cool night..................................
