I always perceived the NSCAA/USSF correspondence as follows:
USSF A license / NSCAA Premier Diploma
USSF B license / NSCAA Advanced National Diploma
USSF C license / NSCAA National Diploma
USSF D license / NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma
USSF E license / NSCAA Regional Diploma
USSF F license / NSCAA State Diploma

License Conversion
Candidates who have completed the equivalent of the minimum coaching requirement
from a foreign country or another organization such as NSCAA can have their license
converted to the USSF equivalent.

3) USSF ""C"" License

4) USSF ""D"" License

Back a few years ago when I took it, the National was almost identical to the USSF C course. NSCAA has since tweaked the National content a bit, but it is still equivalent to the C.
