Craddock is official according to the Wolves site, though the fee is probably less than the £1.7m that is floating around, according to the Express and Star. The actual fee is somewhere in the region of £1.25m. Wolves have also ended their attempts to sign Cameroon keeper Carlos Kameni when, according to Jez Moxey, doubts arose over Kameni's willingness to play for Wolves. Wolves may still go after a goalkeeper, as Dave Jones has stated that he does want 3 keepers available for the coming season.
Also in the Express and Star, the hope is that, by the end of the day, Henri Camara and Steffen Iverssen will have signed as well. Camara's agent is supposed to be at Molineux today to agree on personal terms, and Iverssen has already aggreed to come to Wolves on a 12-month loan, pending approval from Spurs. There is no real doubt that the deal will go through, it is just a matter of the final ok from Spurs officials, who apparently are on a tour in South Africa. Dino Baggio has said that he'll make a decision on a 12 month loan move to Wolves from Lazio in 2 or 3 days.
In other news, it now looks doubtful that Kenny Miller and George Ndah will be ready for the first match of the season at Blackburn. Nathan Blake and Dean Sturridge have also been struggling with injuries, but both should be available for Blackburn. So, if Iverssen and Camara both sign, as expected, that could be the opening-match front line right there.
