DO THE PLAYERS JOKE ABOUT WHAT APPEARS IN THE NEWSPAPERS?

Yeah, every day there is always something pretty funny about one of the lads. Sometimes you read stuff about yourself that you don’t know. It's usually crazy stuff. We always have a look at it and laugh at whoever's featured. Carra controls the newspapers in the dressing room. He reads everything and never lets any stories go unmentioned. So if there's anything good he is quick to point it out.

I liked this bit.....

I'd prefer to have a go at playing rugby union because even when you’re the kicker you still have other jobs. I watched a lot of the recent World Cup, Johnny Wilkinson is brilliant and I'd love to try playing in his position.


It would be brilliant until a 130kg front rower collects you high, and then the other prop goes stomping on your head in the resulting ruck! :D

I have a feeling that Carra gives a lot of people stick, just from some of his interviews for things. Like my sig, when they told him that Mellor was on 100 Players Who Shook the Kop. I wish I could hear some of the banter he throws at the other players.
