I didnt get a chance to get out there. but one of the posters on usldiscussions did and here is what he had to say
The six teams compete in one of three 70 minute matches at Blackbaud today. First match begins at 8:30AM, the second match at 10AM, and the third (final mtch) begins at 11:30AM.
I watched three frezing cold 90 minute matches there yesterday.
First match: Team 1 vs Team 5 resulted in 1-1 tied . Team 1 seemed to move the ball better and created more chances with players worthed to mention Jhonny Artaega #63, Ryan Fante #93, Keeron Benito #52, and Tate Parrish #40. Team 5 I didn't realy see any player stand out, may be Adrian Bumbut #13 was worthed to mention.
Second match: Team 2 vs Team 6 . Team 2 beat Team 6 with the score 3-2 . Team 2 attacked early, scored first and leading all the way most of the match until the final 30 minutes in the second half. Team 6 worked hard, finally got on board scored 2 goals , and they almost equal the score at the final second. I was most impressed with Team 6's Martin Nunez #46, he is short & small (Mike Birch's size) but very quick, skillful with the ball, excellent touch, and not afraid to tackle or back down from the big guys either, other players to mention Zaheer Bell #64, Julian Cantillo #55, Aidan Danaher # 66. Team 2 Tristan Murray # 34, Murphy Wiredhu #87 & Mason Webb #62 had showed some promising moves.

Third match: Team 3 vs Team 4 (Jeremy Gold's Team) I think Team 3 beat Team 4 but not sure the final score because I was talking to Mark Watson & Paul Conway, and other Coaches from Portland & Hotlanta and lost track. Team 6's David Cowley #17 supposed to be the Wonder Kid from English's Westham Junior Camp but I didn't see much. Team 4's Jeremy Gold got some good run but couldn't do much, because he barely received the ball from his teammates.

Jeremy Gold, by the way, is a local boy that got limited minutes from the battery last year.

Just wondering why the USL scheduled this for the same weekend as the NCAA finals? I didn't hear of any player originally scheduled for the combine who had to stay with his college side, but there is also a case of teams who may have had to split their scouting crews into two, and send them to different sites. Maybe the weekend after the NCAA finals would be better.
