W.Connection FC Manager Sir Jonathan Chase has anounced the release of Midfielder Joe Cole, stating that while he liked the player, he recently acquired more tallent at midfield than he needed, and that this is a football related decision not a financial one...

Also to be noted, Connection has picked up Southhampton's Lundekvam to fill the void left in his defence this player is rated at 5.5 million, while Cole and Okocha are both 8.0 million

Needed: Forward of equal or lesser value

Mids considered to make the trade happen if money is a problem.
