Good question on when to open the free for all.
Considerations:
1. MtKill will be surprised because he'll assume no one can hit the free agent pool until after he makes his picks (tomorrow night after 9 PM)
We could email him and let him know draft is done and free agency is open say at noon tomorrow?
2. Michel has probably gone to bed. I don't favor opening up the free agency pool tonight. For as much sleep as Michel gave up, I say to pick a start time that is reasonable for him, say noon or 1 PM EST which should be 6 or 7 PM for him.
3. With the provisional picks, it might be nice to see what their valuations are:
a) If the valuation busts the budget, then that player is available to everyone except the drafting manager.
b) If the valuation does not bust the budget, knowing the valuation allows that player to be considered in trades.
In consideration of 1,2, and 3 above, I suggest that we establish Thursday or Friday at noon or 1 PM EST (let Michel pick which is better for him) or Saturday at 10 AM - noon EST (7 AM - 9 AM PST), (4 PM - 6 PM Michel time).

Hal, your suggestion of noon - 1ish tomorrow seems fair. I'll be out all day tomorrow anyway, but think I'll see what interesting transfers come into the league in the next week anyway.
Given our other pick adjustment allowances, and that I pressure Jay to make the call from the cell phone while in a car and no access to a puter to check, I called Jay back and passed on Michel's info about Poyet's suspension.

2. Don't worry about me regarding timing of the agency pool Grand Opening, I say you can all fire away as soon as you like.
I'm happy with what I've got at the moment and really need to see the form when the season begins. I don't see any advantages of diving into the pool just yet, or at least not fixing a time for it.
3. Perhaps the drafting manager should be able to release another player in the team, if he under valued.
