Hoping for a 7m or so figure for him.
Djemba-Djemba's 5.5, so I can't see him going for more than 7.

Now that my pick has passed, I checked Michel's pm to me, he has one valid player. If we can finish this round, then get back to Michel in the next round and then call it a night. He can log in the morning and get us rolling again ...
I had set aside 8 M as Kleberson's likely valuation.
BuffloSoldier, I hope you have at least that much left when you make your other picks. Otherwise you might be in default.
The situation hasn't occurred yet, but I would assume any team whose draft is in default due to betting on the come, loses the draft rights to the player whose valuation put them in a default position.

Um, that is an interesting question Hal.
We didn't have this problem last season as the transfer window was closed before we even started the draft.

Jay and Jonathan to pick next?

I agree with Hal's position on this issue now that it's come up. I think the most fair treatment is for players who select hypotheticals to wait until the entire draft is over, then select who they want to fill that spot until their guy shows up in the system. If the manager can't afford the player, then he's obviously available to all and the manager has to hunt around and find the best replacement that remains.

Well, I'm gonna draft cheap. The transfer is supposed to go through on the 11th.
And even if he's 8m, I still have 23m to fill 5 slots.

OK, it's fixed, thanks for the moral support. So now I've picked up
Henry 3.5 Arsenal Midfield 271
That striker that went first turns out to be TOM Henry.
That is sooo not funny on so many levels... actually it is kinda funny, its the nightmare pick of all times...
Kleb... that is a gutsy move, kinda early by my thoughts, but the transfer awaits only a work permit and work-out I believe, neither of which are supposed to be problem factors, this is due to go through on August 11th I think, not sure though, damn I did not know you could buy a player before he came... I would have drafted him too, instead of Tugay, oh well, u live, u learn, and then you win the fantasy league... lol

Via PM, and other picks already taken, World Cup's pick is:
Toure -- Arsenal.

Interesting pick, would have picked him several rounds ago if the site hadn't listed him for some reason as a midfielder this year. Arsene says he may start next to Campbell.
Mt. Kill's 2 now...

Anyone think we should try and wake up Michel, or do we let him sleep? ;)

Dammit. Best laid plans of mice and men already down the shi**er.
Heck, it's almost 6 AM Michel's time. He could be having an uneasy sleep, and rise early, check the puter and make another pick tonight (by our standards)
