Jay is back in RI now, I'm sure he'll check in.
In the meantime, I realize I chose my second, rather than my first, option with my last choice. Anyone object if I switch, since my turn is kinda sorta still valid until Jay signs on?

Actually, from some of the posts, it sounds like someone else earlier had made a pick then edited it to switch to Howard.
Try to edit your post, Johathan, and erase the evidence of your 9th round pick.
I say go for it.
btw, where in RI did Jay say he was going? Julie's? Tim's, his mom's?
I'd sure like to get in my next two picks before tonight's money spades tourney starts at 8:30 PM EST.

Go for it as Hal said, there is a precedent already.

Thanks Hal, that was my thought too. So if anyone is confused at this point I'm editing my original pick.
Hal, wasn't exactly sure where he was going. If I were him I know I would be at Aidan's, which was my second home when I was in P'mouth. Off to edit...

When Jay makes his pick, have him call me and I'll try to make my pick between rounds.

Amen. I'll be checking in about every 30 minutes. Jay did leave me two picks but it's the usual dilemma, did he mean to say the next two picks or have two choices for the last one?

But then again I don't think he'd be disappointed, the second player is one he needs and who's still available. Help.

I have MSN Msgr, but doubt if everyone does. Next year I think it's the best way to handle the draft though.
Just a reminder, we're stalled until Jay picks, he's not online and I have a viable alternate pick for him, but need a consensus before I post it.

I dunno, people pretty much waited all day for me to make a pick... Unless your sure he wants them, I'd say wait...
Might have you break out your MSN Messenger though... Thinking of playing some CM4, and if I do it'll take the whole screen up, but if you send me a message it'll pop up in the game and I'll know it's time to pick...

The logic is, if he wanted the guy enough to almost draft him last round, he's not gonna want him any less now. I do know it's a position he needs to fill so I wouldn't be surprised if he'd make that pick himself anyway. I'm going to try his cell and see if I have any luck....
