Another quick question...
What do we do if someone can't complete their squad? Say they're capped out and don't have enough money to finish... Do they have to drop someone back into the pool?... Or do we penalize them anyhow?...
Yes you can pick unsigned, rumored players.
If you can't afford them,you have to drop someone.

More than likely they'll start trading players. Either with another player on here or dump their choice and pick up a free agent.
For example if someone wanted Brad Friedel they could PM me with an offer of a great forward (who they couldn't afford). Hypothetically speaking of course :)
